Security Overview

The following measures are implemented in the Agency OS platform today:

  • Mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for platform users
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Full audit logging of actions and decisions
  • Brute-force protection and account lockout
  • Password hashing (industry-standard one-way hashing)
  • Secure, HTTPS/TLS-encrypted sessions
  • 30-minute idle logout
  • Seat-based tenant isolation between agencies
  • Advertising-platform credentials stored server-side
  • Human control over changes to live advertising platforms

Human Control Over Live Media

AOS keeps humans in control of live media. AI-assisted changes to live advertising platforms require explicit human execution. Optional protective auto-pause can be enabled by the client for critical alerts.
