AOS ("the Platform") is a private, internal-use tool designed exclusively for agency operations. It is not a consumer-facing product. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle any data processed within the platform.

AOS does not collect personal data from external users or the general public.

All data processed within the platform belongs to authorised agency users and their clients, managed under existing client–agency agreements.

2. Data Use

Data within AOS is used solely for:

  • Campaign planning, reporting, and analytics
  • Creative production and asset management
  • AI-assisted workflow support

No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

3. AI Features

AOS integrates AI-powered tools that process data in real time. These features operate within the platform's secure environment and do not retain or learn from user data beyond the active session.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. User Rights

Authorised users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting the platform administrator.

Security & Responsible Disclosure

AOS takes the security of its platform seriously. Although AOS is a private, internal-use tool, we welcome responsible disclosure of any potential vulnerabilities.

Our Commitment

  • We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours
  • We will investigate and address the issue promptly
  • We will not take legal action against individuals who report in good faith
